I'm interested in a keepsake video, where do I start?
Ask family and friends to send you their own memories - even if this is only one photograph, one story, one word that they want to remember your loved one. It's amazing how easily the story comes together - and how easily this creates an everlasting tribute.
How do I send information, video and photos to you?
Fill in your details on our contact page. We will help you with large file transfers enabling you to upload your digital video clips and photographs to us electronically, or you can simply send us what you have in the post .
What if I do not have enough photographs and video footage for a keepsake video?
Not everyone captures family events on their mobile phones and digital cameras as often as they may wish. However, it's never too late to start, so why not begin making memories now? Start recording those home movie clips, take photographs of loved ones and when you have enough footage to upload to us, we will commence the production of your video keepsake.
How many photographs or video clips do you need to produce my keepsake video?
Our video productions can vary in duration. Ideally, you will supply video footage clips of around 15 - 20 minutes....or more. These can be numerous short movie clips, or a few longer clips. The rest of the production will contain photographs of your loved ones, family events and special places with a musical soundtrack of your choice, and if you wish, your own personal narration.
Can you convert my old, printed photographs, VHS or camcorder footage to a digital format to use on the production?
Yes, we use professional video transfer software and equipment to transfer your tapes to a digital format and scanning software for your photographs. Once the project is complete, your photographs and tapes will be returned to you via a tracked postage service.
Will my VHS or Camcorder tapes be returned to me?
Yes. We will digitise your tapes for production purposes, your tapes and photographs will be returned to you in the same format you sent them to us.
Should you wish to have your tapes fully transferred to an unedited DVD or Memory stick, we can offer this service for an additional charge. Please see our Video Tape Conversion tab.
Can I request my preferred choice of musical soundtracks for the video?
We are licenced to use whatever popular music you wish, with just a few exceptions. You tell us what you would like and leave the rest to us.
What will I receive upon completion of the video production?
The finished video keepsake will be posted to you. Depending on your chosen package,you will receive your keepsake video on DVD, USB memory stick, or both. The USB memory stick can be used on Windows, Mac and most modern televisions with a USB port. If you choose DVD, you will receive a printed disc with text and photograph of your choice. Memory sticks will be packaged in a wooden gift box when purchasing our Gold package.
